- To present and publish research findings in educational sciences such as Education Management; Teaching Methodology; Psychology; etc. from organisatins and individual researchers nationwide; educational experiences and achievements from developed countries and regions; experience in education, teaching and managing, etc.

- Encouraging scientific debates and discussion on theoretical and empirical education issues in the aim of profound and comprehensive reformation of education and training.

- Constantly improving the quality of article editing, approving, reviewing; administering the jounal; calling for volunteers in writing and publishing articles on the journal; and enhancing the academic quality and publication quantity of each volume and special editions.

4. Responsibilities

Established under the License of Publishing Number 294/GP-BTTTT issued on 17/5/2016 and the License of Creating online news websites Number 72/GP-TTĐT issued on 30/06/2016 by Vietnam Ministry of Information and Communication, Vietnam Journal of Education - a member organisation of Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training, complies with Vietnam Press Law. VJE's responsibilities include propagating education directions, viewpoints and policies by Vietnam's Government and Ministry of Education and Training, and publishing research works in the field of educational science to exhibit Vietnam theoretical and empirical education achievements.

Online publishing: VJE also publishes online the printing content of the journal, provides news in the field of educational science by law and in accordance with official information from domestic media institutions or official websites of Government and Communist Party Organisations.
5. Submission Guidelines

- Vietnam Journal of Education - the official journal of Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training, is directly reguilated by Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Information and Communicationand Central Commission of Propaganda and Training. VJE mainly aims to schools, institutes and organisations, researchers, leaders, education and training managers, teachers, lecturers and students nationwide in Vietnam.

- VJE is devoted to research articles and reports on: education directions, viewpoints and policies by Vietnam's Government and Ministry of Education and Training, research works in the field of educational science; empirical experience in education development, discussion on education current affairs and experiences in education management and development worldwide. Each research article published on VJE is considered a scientific work with maximum value of 0.75 point.

- VJE includes these following sections: Promoting learning and working in education field following the late Ho Chi Minh's ideology, moral and manner example; Profound and Comprehensive Education Reformation Forum; Education Management, Education Physiology and Psychology; Teaching Methodology; Teaching Practice; International Education, Discussion

- VJE is issued twice a month (size 19x27, 64 pages, at the price of 27.500VND) together with special editions (not for sale) periodically.

- General Submission Guidelines:

1. Manuscripts should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere in any form. Manuscrips will not be returned to the author in case of refusal.
2. Manuscripts should be presented in the following main outline: Abstract (Vietnamese and English summary of the article, including the title of the article, maximum 200 words); keywords (Vietnamese and English); Introduction (summary of theoretical background, current situation of the research issues); Literature review; Methods and results (research method, research instruments, objectives, new findings and discussion); Discussion and conclusion; References.
3. All submissions should be maximum 5,000 words in length, displayed in Times New Roman font, size 14, printed on A4 paper and maximum 12 pages (online submissions as word file and/or printed submissions); with mathematics equations composed with Mathtype editor, chemical equations composed with ACD/Chem Sketch or Science Helper editor for Word. All pictures or photos must be clear and numbered with title below. Proper names of individuals or places and foreign terms must be original (not spelt as Vietnamese- pronunciation), Vietnamese quotations must be translated into English; all the quotation must be put within quotation marks and in italics.
4. All references should be arranged following APA 6th Referencing and Citation Styles.
5. All submissions should be accompanied by a short bio of the author including full name, title, organisation at the beginning of the article, following the title.
