Abstract: School governance requires the leader to have a holistic and specific outlook of the educational costs, market’s demand and the potential supply of the school to propose adequate and sensible plans to control the market. In school governance, it is crucial to balance organizational-educational issues and socio-economic issues in schools. School managers monitor both the above issues in close co-operation with the community’s cultural and economic development objectives and actual conditions of each school. The article discusses some of the fundamental issues of non-public school governance.
