Abstract: Student’s learning outcomes assessment is one of important phases of teaching process. Therefore, training assessment skills for students is required for the pedagogical universities. In this article, author proposes a process and forms of exercise to train skills of assessing student’s learning outcomes for students majoring in pedagogical Biology with illustrations in teaching at high schools.

Abstract: Test and assessment of learning outcome of learners are important phases of teaching process. Today, traditional test and assessment methods still outweigh modern ones, thus this affects directly learning outcome of learners. Therefore, building theoretical issues on test and assessment of learning outcome of learners towards competence approach and fulfilling these test and assessment techniques in higher education and vocational training institutions in Vietnam is required with aim to improve quality of education and training and meet requirements international integration.

Edmodo is the most popular social learning network in the world today and is one of the ICT application tools for effective teaching. Applying Edmodo in teaching Geography will contribute to innovate teaching methods and forms of organizing learning activities by means of sharing unlimitedly learning resources, supporting effective collaboration, promoting student learning and innovating regular assessment. From the first-step effectiveness of using Edmodo to teach geography to students majoring Primary Education, it is possible to replicate studies applied to other subjects/modules as one of the feasible measures to enhance teaching quality.
