Abstract: Through the articles, especially the letters sent to the education sector in period 1945 - 1968, the viewpoints on the education and training of Ho Chi Minh were showed clearly. This article analyzes and clarifies viewpoints of Ho Chi Minh on the education and training, thus contributing to the development of the education and training in Vietnam in the context of fundamental and comprehensive education reform today.

Abstract: Recently, system of ethnic boarding schools has developed and affirmed the importance in training skilled human resources for ethnic minorities to meet the requirements of socio-economic development and national security defense. In this article, author presents advantages and disadvantages in developing system of ethnic boarding schools. Also, author suggests some solutions to improve quality of education and training in the schools with aim to meet requirements of education reform in current period.

Abstract: In order to successfully full fill the fundamental and comprehensive education reform, many solutions must be consistently carried out namely curriculum planning, textbooks compilation, teachers training, teaching aids and material facilities equipment. Moreover, innovation of teaching methods is required to promote the positive, creativity and initiative of students. In this article, author mentions textbooks for new school model and also points out advantages of this model in current period.

In the article, author mentions Theory and Method of Mathematics Teaching and proposes orientations need implementing in teaching this module at Pedagogical Universities in line with requirements of education reform.

In this paper, authors mention motivation in learning in two aspects such as motivations of learners in gaining knowledge and training skills and responsibilities of teachers in educating students. These aspects cement by learning activities and are driving forces in fulfil the fundamental and comprehensive education reform.

Abstract: To promote emulation movements such as "good at teaching, good at learning", Education Labour Union works with grassroots to organise emulation campaigns and encourage teaching staff to take part in by changing teaching methods, applying information technology to teaching and scientific research. Morever, the Education Lalour Union cooperates with authorities to improve living standard of teaching staff, enabling them to improve professional skills. In this article, author aslo proposes solutions to enhance quality of emulation movements in teaching staff with aim to fulfil fundamental and comprehensive education reform.
