4. SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF HUMAN RESOURCES TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF ASEAN INTEGRATION IN THE CONTEXT OF INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0

Abstract: The paper presents the current situation of human resourcesin Viet Nam over the years compared with other countries in the region, according to data from statistical agencies and international education organizations. Based on the findings, the study proposes solutions to improve human resources quality for the college through vocational education and training, scientific and technology projects and innovation in order to meet the requirements of ASEAN integration in the context of the industrial revolution. 4.0.
