Abstract: The article mentions some theoretical issues of applying teaching theory to preparing lesson plans and presents situation of levels of applying teaching theory to designing lesson plans of pedagogical students at Vinh University. In general, most students have not applied effectively the teaching theory into the practice of lesson design, thus quality of lesson plans has not met requirements. This situation requires improvement of effectiveness of teaching Pedagogy at Vinh University.

In this article we have researched and proposed two approaches for designing the learning program objectives and content access based on integrated teacging viewpoint in the process of teaching learning pedagogy at university of education.

Integrated teaching began to be deployed and performed at all levels of the national education system. However, this viewpoint went into teaching practices in schools and pedagogical ability formation for teachers, the need to be organized and performed well at university of education which train teachers in the future. With this purpose, in this article we surveyed the current status of design and organization teach the pedagogy from pedagogical integration at university of education.
