Abstract: Reading comprehension ability plays a very important role in solving academic as well as other problems in life. It is formed and developed from subjects such as Vietnamese (primary schools) and Literature (secondary and high schools). Improving reading comprehension ability in teaching the text is a topic in which many researchers have interest. In this study, we are addressing the issue of developing reading skills and enhancing teamwork in teaching the poem “Đồng chí” [Comrade] to develop reading comprehension ability in particular and other abilities for learners in general.

Abstract: Recently, creative experience learning has been one of effective methods of modern teaching that has been applied popularly at primary education. This article proposes some experiential learning activities that can be carried out in reading comprehension at primary schools for grade 4 students, namely silent reading, cognitive knowledge, questions building, read inference and learning - games. The teaching methods are also useful for Vietnamese teachers at primary schools.

Integrating in the teaching of reading a literature's work is the right direction, consistent with the trend of development of modern education. Teaching of reading literature's work often integrates the self-subject knowledge and related knowledge; moreover, it trains students to have the skill of applying and coordinating the related knowledge for reaching the work. Therefore, the necessary capacity was established that help them address complex situations in learning and life. However, the integrated teaching is really effective when it was applied scientifically and rationality.
