4. STORYMAP - EFFECTIVE EDUCATION TOOL IN TEACHING HISTORY IN HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract: In the past few years, Storymap has proved to be a powerful teaching and learning tool appealing to both teachers and students. However, not until recently has little attention been paid to a theoretical framework that can be used to enhance the efficiency of technology as a tool in the classroom environment. In this article we propose how to use Storymap in high school history teaching. The theoretical framework - technology pedagogy and content knowledge (TPACK), is described as a pedagogical framework for the use of Storymap in teaching.

Abstract: In the last few years, the 3D-printing technology became socially as well as in education increasingly important. The individual production of three-dimensional objects offers a lot of possibilities in teaching and learning mathematics. Materials can be reproduced, developed by the teacher or developed by the students themselves in the mathematics classroom. The field of calculus seems to be particularly suitable for the use of 3D-printing. The opportunities in this domain will be shown by three explicitly discussed examples.
