Title of article: 06. Innovation in teacher training content
Summary: Abstract: Innovation in teacher training content is a solution to the current lack of integration of knowledge areas in competence-based training programs. Moreover, it's the targeted competences that decide the teaching content. In order to equip teachers with profound knowledge to be educators, researchers and culture experts, there is an urgent need to reform the teaching content, which is supposed to include three areas of knowledge: general knowledge, professional knowledge and pedagogical knowledge.
