Abstract: Human resources related to science and technology play a crucial role at universities. Through researching, analysing, and assessing the achievements and shortcomings of the science and technology personnel at University of Fire Fighting and Prevention in recent times, this article proposes some measures to contribute to the formation and development of University of Fire Fighting and Prevention’s personnel of science and technology, meeting requirements and missions in the new situation.
