2. A THEORETICAL DISCUSSION ON THE MANAGEMENT OF RESIDENT STUDENT ASSISTANCE AT TERTIARY LEVEL UNDER A TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT APPROACH

Abstract: These days, universities in Vietnam are proposing a lot of measures to improve the quality of higher education and meeting the requirements of higher education reform. Resident student assistance at universities has also become a criterion for evaluating the quality of an institution. The Total Quality Management model is an education management model being applied in many countries. It is therefore necessary to apply this model to the management of resident student assistance activities. The article analyses a number of theoretical issues emerging in the management of resident student assistance under a Total Quality Management approach.
