Abstract: Independent learning and competency problems are mentioned a lot. But many aspects in the nature of these things are still unclear. Independent learning competency even as new problem, virtually no specific studies on this. This article analyzes the nature and structure of independent learning competency based on combinating competency approach to the modern conception of independent learning.
