Tóm tắt: Abstract: The significance of education for children under 3 has been asserted in the educational theory and practice in Vietnam and all over the world. Vietnam's Nursery Education Program has also acknowledged the status of infant/toddler education in the national education system. However, infant/toddler education in Vietnam neither receives the adequate attention nor meets the society's requirements in terms of scale and quality. This article addresses some problems of Vietnam infant/toddler education from theoretical and empirical perspectives. I/T
